We understand
how important references are to
a hiring process. So that
a myJobCast member can have a
full profile with references
already attained and ready to
review, we have created a system
to assist with this effort for
job seekers.
Our digital reference system
allows a myJobCast member to
initiate a digital reference so
that they can add it to their
system automatically when
completed. The
myJobCast member simply logs
into and in their console they
will find an option to Initiate
a Reference. The system
simply asks for the name and
email of the individual they are
seeking the reference from and
an email goes out with a link to
an online form.
The individual providing the
reference fills out the online
form and hits send and a PDF
gets sent to the myJobCast
member. The myJobCast
member can then review the
reference to make sure it is OK
and then place it in their
myJobCast by simply editing
their profile. |
